A speech-therapy practice, run end to end

How a solo speech therapist went from WhatsApp, paper and Word to a single app built for her, under her own brand.

The challenge

Like many professionals who work on their own, she ran her practice with whatever was at hand: the calendar on paper, reminders to families over WhatsApp, session notes in notebooks and reports in Word. It worked, but it stole hours every week and everything depended on not losing a single piece of paper.

She needed something designed for the way she works —not a generic management template— and without having to become an IT expert to use it.

What we built

A custom application, with her name and her look, that brings the whole day-to-day of the practice into one place:

  • Patient records and history, with all clinical and contact information.
  • Session scheduling with a calendar view and attendance tracking.
  • Automatic reminders to families, to cut no-shows and gaps.
  • Progress notes, session by session, always at hand.
  • AI-assisted reports: it drafts reports from her own notes, which she reviews and signs.
  • Invoicing with sequential numbering and legal formatting, and one-click PDF download.
  • Voice dictation to log without typing.
  • Her data, safe in the cloud and available from phone or computer.

How she uses it today

Today she runs her entire practice from that app. It's been in real use for months, she has left scattered paperwork and spreadsheets behind, and she spends that time on what truly matters: her patients.

The whole practice in one place, under her brand — and no paperwork.

Best of all: it's hers. No generic templates, no booking commissions, and it adapts as her practice grows.
